Diamond Hand Profilers

With DAMO Hand Profilers, an operator with little or no fabrication skills can easily create a perfect edge profile of Ogee, Bullnose, Bevel or Roundovers. The DAMO Profilers may be used on the materials as follows: Granite, Engineered Stone, Porcelain, Marble and Limestone. Can be used on concrete also, but life will be short due to the abrasive nature of concrete.

DAMO Profilers can be used on any polishers or grinders with 5/8"-11 threaded spindles. A center water-feed polisher with 3500 RPM is recommended for the application. Maximum RPM is 4000. A nylon guide on the top of the bits slides along the surfaces steadily and the rotary touch bearing controls the depth smoothly.
