PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Product Availability

If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks. Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order only. If items in your order are not available, we will notify you after receiving of the order confirmation. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Typical Errors

All product illustrations, specifications and competitive comparisons are based upon current information. Although descriptions are believed correct, complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed.DAMO Diamond Tools Store reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice or obligation, in prices, specifications, equipment, colors and materials, and to change or discontinue models. We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping & Handling

We choose FedEx and DHL as our shipping partner. We ship from China currently. It takes 1 to 4 business days to reach North America, Europe and Australia.

We do not charge freight on the buyers. All prices offered are based upon free shipping. You can contact us to take other shipping methods or recalculate prices if the order value is over USD1000.

All in-stock orders received between Monday and Friday will be shipped the same day.

Our office will be closed on China national holidays. Orders placed on holidays or Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

We also accept orders from email, fax or phone call.

Return Policies:

1. All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please email us at service@toolskitchen.com to arrange return or exchange.

2. All returns are permitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by DAMO Diamond Tools Store only if the items are in resalable condition.

3. All return items must be shipped prepaid and contain a copy of original invoice.

Payment and Importation

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside China. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
